| Summary / Abstract (Note) | The higher judiciary often needs to consult compilation of case laws on same or similar legal issues. Such is the case also for diverse aspects relating to military matters and armed conflicts. Need for such a compilation was long felt by the judges, lawyers and military authorities. This is the first and only book covering rulings given by the Supreme Court, various High Courts and Armed Forces Tribunal on military law and service conditions of the armed forces as well as of civilians paid from the Defence Estimates and ex- servicemen.
